6:00 AM: Pick Up from Hotel A private vehicle will be sent to your hotel at 6 am to transfer your group to the domestic terminal of the airport, where all necessary formalities will be completed.

6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Pre-flight Preparation Tickets, paperwork, and passenger weighing will be done before heading to the helipad.

7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Takeoff from Airport The helicopter will depart from the airport, providing a bird's-eye view of the city and scattered settlements. Marvel at the Himalayan ranges and stunning forests below.

8:15 AM – 8:30 AM: Helicopter Refueling and Flight to Kalapatthar Upon reaching Lukla, the chopper will stop for refueling, taking approximately 15 minutes. Then, fly towards Kalapatthar, witnessing a change in topography as you soar above hills and Namche Bazaar.
